Question of the day

A motherboard is the central Printed circuit bored (PCB) in many modern computers, and holds many of the crucial components of the system, while providing connectors for other peripherals. The motherboard is sometimes alternatively known as the main board, system board, or, on Apple computers, the logic bored.
I can compare the motherboard to my mother because he is the main person in my life. She keeps the family together and make sure everybody is on the right track. She's the person that start a 0ff the day and end the day with the smile. Just how the computer need the motherboard is the same as children needing their mother in their life.

Question of the day

When some one give you credit for a good idea, how does that make you feel? Do you think it makes people feel that way when you cite their work in a research paper or project?

When i come up with an idea and get credit for my good idea it makes me feel good. I feel that my work is appreciated and can be use to help others. So i believed when people write things or publish certain information and see their writing in other people work they feel good about it. They must feel that they had accomplish something and that their writing they wrote was interesting to others.

Question of the day

Did you ever have someone take credit for something good you did? How did you feel about it? How is this like plagiarism?

Well i never experience someone taking credit for something good i did. But i know if that did happen to me i would not be happy. Well i guess i can compare this to doing homework. I do hate when i do my homework, spend time studying and writing out all the correct answers and someone ask me to copy my homework that i spent time doing on my own. In yes you can definitely compare this to plagiarism because you are copying someone else work and getting the credit for something you did not do. So copying and plagiarism is out!!

Question of the day

Do you think it is a sign of strength or weakness to use the Internet for bullying? Why?

To start all with, bullying in any kind of way over the internet, in person, over the text does not show a sign of strength at all. It shows that your insecure about yourself or don't like yourself so you bully others to make you feel better about yourself and build up your self-esteem, but the wrong way.

Why do you think it is important to make an outline when creating a project? When you create an outline it helps you to put the information in order before starting the project. You have something to look at in case you forget a piece of information or whatever the case might be. Your project or paper will come out if you have an outline, rough draft or some sort of pre-writing.

Question of the day.

What do you think a site that has many links that lead to dead-ends?

i can relate this question to driving on the road. If you ask for directions and the directions you keep getting only leads you to dead end roads then your going to think or feel that this person don't know what he talking about. You would then find another way of getting directions. Same as on the computer, if a site that has  links  but lead to dead ends you going to feel this site is not a capable site of getting valuable information and would try another  site.

Question of the day

I know that i am a trustworthy person. I don't cheat, steal, or lie, i try to be upfront with everything. It's good being none as a person that can be trusted no matter with what. People coming to talk to you about private information and trusting that you wont tell no one their business. Once you get that type of reputation you do not want to loose it.

Question of the day

Once trust has been broken, what can you do to get it back? Have you ever lost someone's trust? Has someone lost your trust? Explain

Wow! well it's very hard for me to say what you can do to get it back. I guess it would just have to take time. Time would have to heal whatever harm that was done. Trust can be restore but it would just be very hard. The person would have to be on their p's and q's making sure they don't do anything that would hurt you or feel betrayed again. I never been like really betrayal before but it's been times that i watch people from the corner of my eyes making sure they don't cross me.
How important is trust in your relationships with friends and family? How would these relationships be affected if you found out someone was lying to you?

To me Trust is very important with friends and family. Sad to say you can't find to many trustworthy people in today world. I believe that if there no trust then their no relationship at all. Trust i how you build up a relationship and friendship. Sometimes a lot of relationships fail because of lack of trust and communication.
If i ever found out that someone i was close to and trusted was lying to me it would be hard for me to trust that person again. I would feel you did it once you'll do it again.

Question of the day

Some adults say that your generation cannot be trusted, that you've lost the values from past generations. Do you agree, or disagree?

I strongly agree with that statement. My mother always say that this generation is so different from the way she was brought up. People/teen are so disrespectful today that it don't make no since. Kids disrespecting and killing their parents for no reason at all. Everyone wants to be grown but don't have no pot to pea in. So yes my generation has lost values from the past generations.

Question of the day

It is important to consider to consider an author credentials before writing about him or using his information in an paper, essay or homework assignment. Why? Well you wouldn't just becomes friends with a person you don't really know. So same as an author you wouldn't want to take information from an author before checking his credentials, making sure that his info is correct and also updated.

Question of the day.

The question of the day is a very interesting question that i never really thought about before. What do you think is more important the questions you ask or the answers you get? Well of course it is very wise to ask question about things you don't know or are unsure about. By asking question you are showing that you care about yourself and or interesting in whatever you are learning. But getting the answer to those questions are just as important as asking them. You just don't want to ask question and not listen to the answers because that was going to help you out the most. Listening to the answers can help you with whatever you are not understanding or comprehending. So in my case i think they are both important and necessary in life.

Question of the day

Many people say the best thing you can do is ask question about things you don't know or understand. Many people feel embarrass or ashamed to ask questions because they feel that they might ask a stupid question or made fun of. I say asking questions and getting the write answers can save you in many ways. It can help you make wise choices in your life, career and even your religion. Asking questions can help you to develop knowledge or understand different things you never understood before. So if you have a question ask it no matter how silly you think it is.

Internet Prt2

Many times when doing papers for school or work we usually are told to put the source that we got the info from. Do i think this is necessary? Well yes. You should put down the source information so your teacher can make sure u didn't copy or plagiarize anything that you found from the website or source that you used. Taking credit for someone else of course no doubt would be stealing and as honest people we wouldn't want to do anything as that.

Is all information you read or here is true?

On the internet we can look up information that we may need or just want to know. But you half to ask yourself, Can you believe everything that you read on the computer or over the internet? That is a pretty easy question to answer. NO. Everything that people put on the internet and on different website is not factual information. A lot of the time it is people opinion and thoughts. The information might sound true or correct, but that's when we need to take different measures and look up the information in a place that you know will be accurate.

Etiquette pt2

What will happen if a person breaks the etiquette rules or guidelines? Well first thing that comes to your mind is that discipline should be taking place in order for that person to learn not to do it again or to learn from his mistakes. Over the years it seem that etiquette slowly withered away. We want to make sure that we still show etiquette in all we do. Show respect for ourselves and people no matter background, nationality or heritage they may come from. The different small etiquette we can work on are opening the door for people, writing thank-you notes to people that have done an act of favor to you and arriving on time to a place you were invited to, so you wont hold others up. By us practicing etiquette and implying they in our daily lifes will make a better person, and also help others to see the importants of doing the same in the shamble world we live in today.

Question of the day

Many sites require you to have an ID and a password in order to be a user on that particular site. I believed this is very important to have and something that we need to keep safe. On certain website we view or go on we may have information that is needed to keep private or away from the eyes of other. So since this is the case we would want to be responsible and make sure that we keep out ID and password safe. Even if our closes friend want it just to have even if we forget it we would want to take pre-caution with that. They can loose it themselves or even being imperfect nosey human beings that we are go on your account to see what you got hiding or the things or account information that you want to keep private. So to avoid all of that you would want to write it down and place it somewhere you can get it when you need it and where no one else can reach it. So we can see the important of having an ID and password and be grateful for the person that came up with it.

What is your definition of Cyber Safety?

Cyber is referring to the internet. So when we use the internet we want to be aware of the many things on the internet. For example, men or women that prey on young ones over the internet. So we would want to be aware of this and the different sites we go on that can put us in a situation to be loured on. We would want to also put a block on pop up that can mess up our computer or show us something we do not want to look at.
